Provillus For Women Review
My particular hair loss story started just after I became pregnant with our second child. Into about the second month and my hormone levels where bouncing around all over the place. I started to have pretty serious hair loss and my hair was visibly thinning with an obvious bare patch in the middle of my crown. The bare patch stretched all the way from the front to the back of my scalp and became more and more visible as my pregnancy proceeded.
After child-birth, the hair loss was reduced and my hair started to grow back quite quickly. About 2 months after I gave birth to a Thomas, things were almost back to normal. I say “almost” as my hair DID grow back but it never fully regained the bounce and vitality it used to have. I was seeing hair re-growth, but the new hair was thin and fairly weak.
The whole hormone fluctuation story repeated itself a few years later when I went through the Menopause, only this time the effects were magnified. My hair would just fall out in clumps when I brushed it. This time I had not one but 2 bare patches. One at the front and one at the back of my crown. Eventually these spread and sort of found each other, combined into one big patch and virtually the whole top of my crown was bare.
Things started to get slightly better as the Menopause symptoms subsided. I was still shedding hair, but not as much as before. The real worry though was the quality of my hair. Already weakened from my first experience, the hair growth I had this time around was very, very fragile and wispy. More like fluff than anything else. I’d always worn my hair pretty long, but this was proving to be almost impossible, as the weak hair stood out almost as much as the old bare patches.

Provillus for Women
A quick look through the ingredient lists soon confirmed that this was indeed a good product. Apart from the DHT blocking quality, the Provillus for Women product also included a whole host of vitamins and minerals I already knew from my Trichologist would be beneficial to my hair.
Six months down the road and my hair has never looked better. No more hair loss and the bare patches have all but disappeared. The new hair my follicles are now producing is strong and vibrant and I can once more wear my hair long – just how I like it. My hair feels just the way it used to before the whole problem started and brushing my hair no longer leaves the sink plugged and the brush looking like a sheep-dog.
Provillus for Women uses a specially developed formulation to combat the usual causes of hair loss in women and get hair follicles back to optimal health. You can read more about these typical nasties in our Hair Loss in Women article.
Was my health threatened in any way by the hair loss? Not at all. My hair loss was a perfectly natural reaction to the most perfectly natural acts imaginable – pregnancy and later the Menopause. It was however causing me significant stress, which only made the whole situation worse as I was trapped in a never-ending cycle. Hair loss – stress – more hair loss – more stress – you get the picture.
With my hair back to normal, my self-confidence is back and I am my old cheerful, bubbly self. I’m not the vainest person in the world but I will indulge myself enough to have beautiful hair. That’s not something I’m about to make any concessions on and neither should you. You really do owe it to yourselves to give Provillus for Women a chance.

I can’t say enough good things about Provillus. I’ve been using it for around 4 months and the results are simply fantastic. All my family and friends keep telling me how much better I look. Knowing my hair is better and knowing I look good has been a big confidence booster for me. I aim to keep using Provillus. Better than anything else I have ever used before.
